Bell Work:

Write about some productive ways you can spend your time over the winter break. How can you get better at something? What is something you could start that maybe you were putting off before?

Class Work:

Begin writing a sincere thank you or apology letter to an important person in your life. As the year comes to an end, it is a time for reflecting upon ourselves and those around us. Write to someone in your life that deserves a thank you or apology. It could be a family member, teacher, employer, coach, sibling, or anyone else. Consider someone who had an impact on your life and make it known just how much it meant to you.
Write about your goals for next year. What are some things you want to accomplish? Include an attainable goal and an overly optimistic goal. Think and explain what steps you will need to take in order to attain these goals. How do you expect the year to go and what negative issues might you be able to avoid?
